This class is done in a slightly warm room where the instructor will flow from pose to pose using a vinyasa, or set group of postures. Flow works on strength while building flexibility. Each posture is linked together with attention to the breath. This class is suitable for students of all levels. Vinyasa Flow is not centered on discipline rather the variety of different poses in each class making it a fun and fresh experience each time. Class time is approximately 75 minutes. Each student is required to bring their own yoga mat to class. If you do not have these items, No Problem! We have them available for purchase in the boutique.
