Yin yoga focuses on the restoration of body and mind. With special attention paid to the body's connective tissues, this class aims to promote comfortable flexibility, injury prevention and stress relief. Through a collection of reclined and seated postures, one of our experienced teachers will guide you through a series of safe, therapeutic stretches and breathing exercises. Bring your own props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, bed pillows and straps as they are incorporated into the practice to make for the most healing yoga experience. Class time is 75 minutes and this class is done in a cool room with low light.
