This is the original Bikram Method of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises which is suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments and joints building a strong foundation for the next posture in the sequence. This method also stimulates organs, glands and nerves moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body. Be sure you are hydrated before arriving for class and have extra water with you. Come prepared to sweat and work hard and laugh a little too! This is a 90 minute class. Check the schedule for our 60 minute version.
