All Yoga New Smyrna Beach is our city’s original home to the local yoga community, founded in 2003.
Our mission is to provide a supportive, therapeutic and welcoming environment. With over 50 years of experience collectively, our instructors are certified to guide each student according to their individual needs. Through mindful breath and movement, our hope is for our community to become deeply connected to themselves, their bodies and each other on and off the mat.
My experience with yoga started after I was in a car accident and sustained injuries to my neck and back. What I found in yoga was a way to heal my spine without medication. My love for yoga grew as I found strength in myself that I never knew was there. My body and my mind were changing every day and my heart fell in love. 10 years later I now own the studio and each day I wake up more amazed and more grateful than the day before.
Stephanie began her yoga journey in college as a supplement to her vigorous fitness regimen, and with a background as a dancer, the physical practice of yoga was one that she happily received. Her classes are vigorous, but not unfriendly to beginners with attention to alignment and easy cues. Her style is a steady vinyasa flow that is challenging but fun which will leave students sweaty and energized. Light-hearted and always smiling, she brings a joyful mood to class!
Shawn Rae is a Florida born writer and yoga instructor. With a passion for the anatomy of movement, the power of breath, intricacies of alignment and the marriage of the three, Shawn teaches soulful, dynamic, grounding sequences that promote healing from the inside out. She invites her students to sip super slowly on each asana to gain a deeper awareness of their whole self. She encourages movement and existence that is full of unconditional love, humble curiosity and deep gratitude.
