REOPENING THE STUDIO
It will be important for us to work as a team to maintain a safe environment for our community while in the studio.
We have put into place some very simple steps to be followed each time you come to the studio. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with this checklist and let us know if you have any questions.
1. DO A SELF SCREENING AT HOME
Have you had symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, such as cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, vomiting or diarrhea, or recent loss of taste or smell?
Or have you had contact with a person that has or is suspected to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
If you answered "yes" to any of the above - please get better! And please stay home.
2. GET READY FOR CLASS
YOU MUST pre-register HERE and book your spot online!
We won't accept Walk-Ins and we won't be doing transactions at the front desk for the time being.
Be sure to bring everything you’ll need for class including:
2 TOWELS TO WIPE YOURSELF AND YOUR AREA
Any props for Vinyasa Flow & Yin - such as a block, strap or blanket
